Inspect Vacuum Pads Before Each Use:
Clean and check the vacuum pads for cracks, wear, or embedded debris. Damaged or dirty pads can reduce suction efficiency and lifting safety.
Check Battery and Electrical Connections:
Ensure the battery is fully charged and inspect all electrical wires and connections for signs of fraying, corrosion, or loose terminals. Replace damaged components immediately.
Test Vacuum System Performance:
Power on the unit and verify that it builds and maintains proper vacuum pressure. Listen for air leaks and monitor the gauge for pressure stability.
Clean Filters and Hoses:
Regularly clean or replace air filters and inspect vacuum hoses for blockages, cracks, or leaks. Clear obstructions to maintain optimal suction.
Lubricate Moving Parts:
Apply suitable lubricant to hinges, joints, and mechanical components as recommended in the manufacturer’s manual to prevent rust and wear.
Inspect Frame and Mounting Hardware:
Check the main frame, handles, and all mounting bolts for signs of damage, fatigue, or looseness. Tighten or replace as needed to ensure structural integrity.
Observe Load Limits:
Never exceed the rated lifting capacity of 250 kg. Overloading compromises safety and may damage the unit.
Store in a Clean, Dry Location:
When not in use, store the lifter indoors away from moisture, dust, and extreme temperatures. Use protective covers if available to shield sensitive parts.
