This APW Wyott EG-24S 24" Electric Countertop Griddle heats more efficiently than traditional models and offers you a healthy cooking option for your kitchen. Using less grease or butter than traditional cooking methods, this Countertop Griddle is a perfect option for making breakfast foods, vegetables, fruit dishes, desserts, and more. It uses a unique heating system that incorporates special heating elements to transfer heat energy to the griddle surface. This allows it to be more efficient than traditional griddle models.
This Electric Griddle has a fast start-up time and provides quick recovery when temperatures change. It uses easy-to-read control knobs and solid state temperature controls, reaching temperatures up to 450°F. This EG-24S has a bottom mounted grease collection pan, stainless steel construction, polished steel griddle plate, stainless steel front grease trough, and sloped stainless steel side splash, making it painless to clean.
