This APW Wyott SM-50-4D UL Electric Drop-In Food Warmer is a durable, convenient way to warm food items. With a 4 quart capacity, this Drop-In Food Warmer is ideal for soups, stews, and chili. It has a tubular calrod heat element shaped in a circular fashion for even heat distribution. The element is mounted directly under the well and has an aluminized steel housing with threaded studs for easy service. This SM-50-4D UL has a deep-drawn stainless steel well and a stainless steel coupling. It can be used for wet or dry operations, but wet offers the best results.
