This APW Wyott TM-12LD Electric Drop-In Hot Food Well efficiently keeps food items warm and tasting great for your customers. It uses a serpentine shaped, tubular heating element to evenly distribute heat throughout the well. The element is located directly under the well and is secured by an aluminized deflector shield for maximum efficiency. It has a thermostatic control with 36" capillary and a large indicating pilot light.
This Food Warmer comes with E-Z Locks for easy installation in metal countertops. It has an aluminized and deep-drawn austenite stainless steel construction with fully insulated well sides and bottom. This TM-12LD can be used for wet or dry operations.
