It also features a sleek, contemporary, and smart design that makes it perfect for front-of-house operations, allowing you to fully maximize all your kitchen space.

With the Turbofan E22M3, you’ll be able to bake delicious airy croissants and perfect, double-baked biscotti to please all your customers. Boasting 1.5 kW of heating power as well as a single direction fan, it’s one of the easiest models to use despite having so many different applications.

This convection oven features a Stay-Cool door handle and special Safe-Touch vented drop-down door that contains a heat reflective coating on the inner glass pane that limits the amount of heat lost. In-between the two glass panes is a vented air gap that lets any residual heat dissipate, quickly bringing the door’s outer temperature down to safe-to-touch levels. To further prevent heat loss, the door also features a revolutionary plug-in seal that’s easy to clean and replace without any tools.

This Turbofan oven is controlled using a mechanical thermostat with a range of 150°F to 500°F (50°C to 260°C) and comes equipped with a 60-minute timer and alarm. The interior oven chamber is porcelain enameled, which makes it extremely easy to clean. It fits three half-size sheet pans easily and comes supplied with three wire racks that offer just over 2.5 inches of space between each one.
