It has a 175°-500°F temperature range and an advanced airflow design with patented baffles to create uniform heating. Its optimum thermal insulation helps keep heat inside the convection oven, helping to keep temperatures more consistent. The OV-013 has a Dura-Body heavy-duty stainless steel construction and a cool-to-the-touch double-walled glass door.
