The Cadco XAFT-04FS-TD is a heavy-duty convection oven. It has advanced airflow technology that allows it to automatically reverse its fan for a more guaranteed even bake. Its cooking functions are programmable, including its time and temperature, and it offers USB programming for greater cooking flexibility. It has a temperature range of 175°-500° F, allowing operators to cook a variety of items. It comes with four wire shelves so more than one batch of the product can be baked at once.
The XAFT-04FS-TD has a heavy-duty construction. Its exterior is made of heavy-duty stainless steel and its door has a hinged design. It has an extra large motor as well to ensure the Convection Oven lasts for a long time.
It comes with several warranties (Please see "Specifications" below or call the factory for details) and is certified "Made in USA."
