The Cadco XAFT-03HS-LD is a heavy-duty convection oven. It has advanced airflow technology that allows it to automatically reverse its fan for a more guaranteed even bake. It has a temperature range of 175°-500° F, allowing operators to cook a variety of items. It comes with three wire shelves so more than one batch of the product can be baked at once.
