The fully automatic AJ-100 conveyor dish machine is available in your choice of electric or steam tank heat. A 25” standard height clearance accommodates larger wares, such as sheet pans and large bowls. The 36” pre-wash section utilizes specially designed upper and lower arms for excellent removal of food soil. The AJ-100 cleans 287 racks per hour, using only 0.77 gallons of water per rack.
