The Conserver XL-E-LTH takes the low temp door-type to another level, with it’s built-in booster that ensures constant 145°F water to the unit for outstanding performance! The warmer water breaks down stubborn grease to effectively remove food soil in even the toughest conditions. The operator can choose the appropriate cycle for the soil load and the type of ware from three programmed cycle times. Constructed of durable stainless steel, it cleans 41 racks per hour using only 1.02 gallons of water per rack in each cycle. It also features field convertibility from straight-through to corner, built-in chemical pumps and priming switches, a low chemical indicator lights, a stainless steel self-draining pump.
