The Delta HT-E-SEER-T uses hot water to wash and sanitize glassware, and the result is exceptional cleaning performance that effectively removes lipstick from glassware – and with no chemical residue! The Steam Elimination and Energy Recovery System (SEER) allows for installation at the bar, because it virtually eliminates the steam. SEER collects the hot water vapor generated during the wash and rinse cycles and uses it to preheat the incoming rinse water. This allows the machine to operate from a cold water supply only, saving energy and reducing steam to improve the operator’s experience. Outstanding Clean the First Time® results are delivered using only 0.60 gallons of water per rack. With a capacity of 24 racks or 864 glasses per hour, it can handle even the busiest happy hour.
