It is equipped with a full set of clip-on divider bars and eighteen (18) 4" deep plastic prep pans to hold various ingredients for easy access during sandwich and salad assembly. This three-door salad and sandwich prep station offers up to 20.5 cubic feet (580 L) of refrigerated storage that can hold 18 pans. The stainless steel prep station is equipped with an 11.42" deep polyethylene cutting board that provides a convenient surface for slicing and preparing ingredients. The unit is mounted on four 3" diameter swivel casters (two with brakes) for easy mobility in your busy commercial kitchen. This deli prep station features a solid state digital control system, LED temperature display and urethane foam insulated walls. The condensate evaporator is integrated to the unit, meaning no drain line connection is needed. The eco-friendly refrigeration system utilizes R290A hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain optimum temperatures from 33°F to 40°F (1°C to 4°C).
