The PCE MPC 30 Particle Counter Air Sampler allows for the measurement of particle quantities in sizes of 0.3, 2.5, and 10 µm. In addition to counting particles, this air sampling device also measures the PM 2.5 and PM 10 mass concentrations. The mass concentration indicates the weight of the particles per cubic meter of air.
In addition to particle measurement, this Device can also determine the formaldehyde content in ppm. During this HCHO measurement, the temperature, the ambient humidity and the dew point are determined and displayed by the Air Sampling Device. As a further important property, the Air Sampling Device can also store data. It is therefore possible with the Air Sampling Device to evaluate all measured values after a measurement.

Q: What does the PCE MPC 30 measure?
A: It measures airborne particle counts in sizes of 0.3 µm, 2.5 µm, and 10 µm, as well as PM2.5 and PM10 mass concentrations.
Q: What is PM2.5 and PM10?
A: PM2.5 and PM10 refer to particulate matter with diameters less than 2.5 and 10 micrometers, respectively—key indicators of air quality.
Q: What is mass concentration in this context?
A: It’s the weight of particles per cubic meter of air, indicating how much particulate matter is present in the environment.
Q: Where is the PCE MPC 30 commonly used?
A: It’s used in indoor air quality assessments, HVAC maintenance, cleanroom monitoring, and environmental testing.
Q: Why is the PCE MPC 30 valuable for air monitoring?
A: It offers precise, real-time data on particle levels, helping ensure compliance with air quality standards.
